About the Role
As our Growth Manager for India, you will be the architect of our user acquisition strategy and the driving force behind our growth trajectory. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends creative strategy, data-driven decision-making, and relentless execution. You will have complete ownership of all growth metrics for the Indian market, tackling some of the most exciting challenges in the consumer tech space.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Charge on User Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across both paid and organic channels to rapidly scale the Dashreels user base.
- Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Guide and inspire a team across performance marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO/ASO, and strategic partnerships.
- Master the Growth Playbook: Create and implement a data-driven growth plan that balances long-term brand building with immediate, high-impact wins to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Innovate and Experiment: Continuously ideate, test, and scale new and unconventional acquisition channels to stay ahead of the curve.
- Champion a Data-First Approach: Utilize quantitative results from A/B testing, alongside qualitative user research and customer insights, to inform and validate your marketing decisions.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our content, product, and tech teams to create a seamless and powerful growth loop.
Who You Are
- A Proven Marketeer: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution and 3+ years of hands-on experience in a high-growth environment..
- Consumer-Obsessed: You have a genuine curiosity and a deep desire to understand the nuances of the Indian consumer mindset and behavior.
- A Startup Enthusiast: You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Detail-Oriented and Analytical: You have a strong command of analytics and data, using them to drive your decisions and optimize every stage of the funnel.
- An Experimenter at Heart: You have a strong bias for action and a relentless drive to test new ideas and push boundaries.
- Passionate About a Great Product: You have a love for technology products built for scale and a keen interest in the digital content and entertainment landscape.
- Preferred Experience: You'll be an even stronger candidate if you have experience in user acquisition for OTT, Gaming, or D2C brands or a background in FMCG brand marketing.
