Growth Manager Offline Business

Vedantu is looking for a high-ownership Growth Manager to drive revenue, admissions, and expansion for our Offline Learning Center in Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build and scale a physical education business, own growth numbers, and work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and admissions targets for the center
- Plan and execute offline GTM strategy (local marketing, partnerships, school outreach)
- Optimize lead-to-enrolment funnel
- Drive experiments on pricing, campaigns, and promotions
- Improve center utilization and operational efficiency
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and academic teams
- Identify growth opportunities through data and customer insights
Ideal Candidate:
- 25 years experience in growth, business ops, retail, or education sector
- Exposure to offline centers / field sales / retail operations preferred
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- High ownership and bias for action
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
