Job Description

Role Summary

The Growth Manager will be the central growth owner for Bhanzu's US offline centers, driving revenue planning, marketing strategy, sales funnel optimization, and market intelligence. This role demands strong expertise in marketing-led growth, performance planning, sales alignment, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Revenue Strategy, Forecasting & Sales Planning

  • Build and manage revenue projections, intake plans, and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Design enrollment strategies based on seasonality, demand patterns, and marketing performance.
  • Align sales targets with lead flow, capacity, pricing, and center performance.
  • Track plan vs actuals and drive high-impact interventions with both Marketing and Sales.

2.Marketing Strategy & Top-of-Funnel Growth

  • Act as the marketing lead for the US offline centers.
  • Own top-of-funnel planning with:
  • Brand & Communication Teams messaging, scripts, landing pages, creatives.
  • Performance Marketing budgets, CPL, CAC, audience targeting, scaling plans.
  • Local Center Teams BTL events, school tie-ups, partnerships, walk-in generation.
  • Continuously optimize lead mix by channel, geography, and cost efficiency.Drive experimentation with campaigns, offers, and communication angles.

3.Offers, Pricing & Consumer Insights

  • Develop market-appropriate pricing, promotions, and tactical offers to boost enrollment velocity.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking on pricing, packaging, and communication.
  • Recommend positioning strategies based on parent behavior & conversion patterns.

4. Funnel Ownership, Forecasting & Growth Analytics

  • Build and maintain end-to-end funnel projectionsfrom lead volume to enrollment.
  • Monitor daily funnel performance: contact rates, demo completion, conversion %, CAC efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks and push corrective actions across Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Publish weekly growth dashboards and insights to leadership.

5. Sales Alignment & Bottom-of-Funnel Optimization

  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure lead quality, availability, and follow-up rigor.
  • Align sales pitch and communication with marketing messaging.
  • Analyze non-conversion reasons, parent objections, and demo feedback to drive improvements.
  • Build sales forecasts based on funnel behavior and seasonality.

6. Market Research & Growth Intelligence

  • Conduct structured research on US after-school competitors:
  • Pricing, offers, communication style, funnel structures, speed-to-lead norms.
  • Identify whitespace, new customer segments, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable plans for marketing and sales.

Requirements

  • 48 years of experience in growth marketing, revenue strategy, performance marketing, or sales planning, ideally in EdTech or consumer services.
  • Strong analytical capability with deep understanding of marketing funnels and sales processes.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple teamsperformance marketing, brand, sales, center ops.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working partially with US-hour overlaps.
