Lead GSM's India market expansion by driving growth for both customers (riders) and supply (drivers). The role blends brand strategy, performance marketing, CRM, and on-ground growth execution to establish GSM as the most trusted and sustainable mobility platform in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy and execution for India across both riders (demand) and drivers (supply).
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven campaigns and experiments.
- Oversee driver recruitment and engagement marketing, ensuring strong onboarding and retention.
- Develop and localize brand positioning and communications that build trust and differentiation.
- Manage multi-channel performance marketing and optimize CACLTV efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing local growth team and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Global Growth to align priorities and scale impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or user acquisition roles; at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven success in scaling two-sided platforms (ride-hailing, delivery, marketplace, or fintech).
- Strong command of digital growth tools, analytics platforms, and funnel optimization.
- Track record of market launch or rapid scale-up in India preferred.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; additional local language a plus.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
