Role Overview
We are hiring aSenior Marketing Tech Leadtoown and scale the D2C marketing engine, with a strong emphasis onAI-driven execution and systems thinking.
This is ahands-on leadership role you will not just design strategy, but actively build, test, and scale marketing systems using the latest AI tools.
What You'll Own
1. AI-First Marketing Stack
- Build and optimize a modern MarTech stack leveraging tools like Claude and other AI platforms
- Integrate AI across content, creative generation, media buying, and analytics workflows
- Continuously experiment with new tools to improve speed, output, and efficiency
2. D2C Growth Engine
- Own end-to-end digital growth: acquisition conversion retention
- Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
- Optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall funnel efficiency
3. Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Build and optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and lifecycle journeys
- Implement high-performing funnels including upsell, cross-sell, and retention loops
4. Systems & Automation
- Design scalable workflows that reduce manual effort and team dependency
- Build automation across CRM, analytics, and customer engagement layers
5. Hands-On Execution
- Personally execute campaigns, test creatives, and analyze performance
- Work closely with founders in a lean, high-speed environment
Who We're Looking For
Experience
- 812+ years in digital marketing / MarTech / growth roles
- Strong experience inD2C businesses(startup or high-growth environment preferred)
AI & Tools Expertise
- Deep, hands-on experience with Claude and other AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.)
- Proven ability to integrate AI into real marketing workflows (not just experimentation)
Core Strengths
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization
- Experience building or managing MarTech stacks (CRM, analytics, automation)
- High comfort with data, experimentation, and rapid iteration
Mindset
- Extremely hands-on builder, not just manager
- High ownership and accountability
- Curious, adaptive, and obsessed with leverage through AI
- Comfortable operating in a01 environment
