We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate qualified B2B leads for our IoT-based energy solutions and AI-driven products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead nurturing.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms
Identify and target relevant industries (energy, utilities, manufacturing, real estate, etc.)
Execute cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn messages, emails)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
Required SkillsStrong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting
Knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach strategies
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic understanding of IoT, smart energy solutions, or AI products
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Prior experience in B2B sales or tech product lead generation
Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is a plus
