Job Summary -
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Internet Marketing division. This is not just a lead generation role; it is a lead conversion role. You will be the primary engine driving growth for our SEO and PPC business units.
Your mission is to identify high-value prospects, initiate strategic dialogue, and convert cold outreach into qualified opportunities. If you understand the mechanics of a Google SERP and the ROI of a PPC campaign, and you have the hunter mentality to close the gap between a lead and a client, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities-
- Strategic Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and specialized outreach tools to identify and engage high-intent prospects for SEO and PPC services.
- Full-Funnel Management: Move prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel, from cold outreach to discovery calls and lead qualification.
- Database Mastery: Build and maintain a rigorous pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring every touchpoint is tracked and optimized for conversion.
- Outreach Innovation: Craft high-converting, personalized messaging templates for email and LinkedIn that cut through the noise of standard spammy marketing.
- Service Expert: Act as a subject matter expert by explaining the value of On-page/Off-page SEO and Paid Media (Google/Meta Ads) to potential clients.
- Performance Reporting: Track and meet aggressive weekly conversion targets, providing data-backed insights on lead quality and outreach efficacy.
Requirements :
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Lead conversion specifically within the Digital Marketing/IT sector.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, Keyword Rankings, ROI) and the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in lead-sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, etc.).
- Strong experience with freelancing portals (Upwork/Guru/PPH) for lead conversion.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
