About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions using the Zoho platform. This includes building and maintaining Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator applications and integrating Zoho with third-party systems to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize strong and comprehensive knowledge of Deluge for custom development

Design and develop custom solutions using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, including configuration of modules, fields, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards according to client requirements

Integrate Zoho with third-party systems such as telephony platforms, accounting software, and other tools using Zoho APIs and integration tools

Troubleshoot and debug existing Zoho solutions by analyzing system logs, identifying the root cause, and implementing appropriate fixes

Maintain and update existing Zoho solutions, including applying software updates, patches, and testing system changes

Ensure solutions continue meeting client requirements and performance expectations

Work within strict project timelines while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Deluge scripting

Solid experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho integrations

Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs

Core Competencies:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues

Good communication and team collaboration skills

Education (Preferred):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
