About The Role
We are looking for a young entrepreneurial professional to grow Amaha and Children First's presence across Delhi-NCR (primarily South Delhi) and Gurugram
Digital marketing builds awareness at scale. This role is the other core growth engine - driving high-trust user acquisition through live events and strategic partnerships. You will own end-to-end relationships with communities (wellness, parents, fitness, book, lawyer, etc.) and referral partners (preschools, doctors) to generate qualified new users and build awareness about mental health
You will also plan events like doctor roundtables, parent workshops, school mental health days as a supporting lever for partnerships.
You'll work directly with the business and clinical teams to devise growth strategies and execute them on the ground. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role based in Delhi-NCR (in-person).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch to preschools for referral: engage owners, coordinators, or parent committees to build awareness about early development and recommend your service to parents.
- Build relationships with pediatricians, family physicians, and child specialists to create a trusted referral loop.
- Host partner appreciation events or small-scale information sessions to strengthen loyalty and activation.
- Set up a clear referral tracking system per partner (manual or light CRM) to measure leads generated.
- Continuously experiment with event formats (online + offline mix, small intimate vs large awareness) and partnership models.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with leaders/organizers of fitness clubs (run clubs, CrossFit, yoga, marathon groups), book clubs, and lawyer communities (and continuously explore more channels) to plan and execute monthly events (workshops, meetups, panel discussions, wellness sessions, book readings, awareness talks) tailored to each community.
- Co-create event content with community leaders to ensure relevance and high attendance.
- Manage event logistics (venue, registration, check-ins, feedback collection) and capture leads on-ground.
- Design community-specific engagement hooks (exclusive offers, early access, recognition) to drive event-to-user conversion.
Qualifications And Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or community engagement (healthcare, education, or childcare sectors preferred).
- Track record of driving successful partnerships (e.g., with RWAs, communities, doctors, schools, or clinics).
- Excellent communication skills – can confidently engage with paediatricians, pre-school owners, parents, and senior doctors.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not mandatory)
Good-to-Haves
- Prior startup experience, especially in BD/marketing roles.
