At PanScience, we're building ventures, products, and AI-native businesses from the ground up.
We're looking for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, learns quickly, and is excited by the idea of building rather than managing. This isn't a traditional sales role. Nor is it a conventional founder's office position. You'll spend one hour talking to a large enterprise about AI transformation, another evaluating a startup partnership, and the next helping shape our GTM strategy for a new venture.
If you enjoy context switching, solving problems from first principles, and getting things done without waiting for instructions, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
1) Drive Growth
- Identify and qualify potential customers, partners, and opportunities
- Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Research industries, companies, and decision makers
2) Own Conversations
- Lead introductory and discovery calls
- Understand business problems and identify areas where PanScience can create value
- Work closely with founders to move opportunities forward
- Coordinate demos, follow-ups, proposals, and commercial discussions
3) Build Systems
- Create repeatable GTM and sales processes
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
- Experiment with new channels, messaging, and growth initiatives
- Use AI tools aggressively to improve productivity and outreach
4) Operate Like a Founder
- Jump into new ventures and special projects when needed
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Help evaluate strategic partnerships
- Take ownership of outcomes, not tasks
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, founder's office, consulting, growth, venture capital, startups, or partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs and founders
- Highly resourceful and self-directed
- Curious about AI, technology, startups, and venture building
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
