About the Role : We are looking for a highly driven and commercially oriented professional to join our team as an Associate, Growth. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and commercial growth, driving business expansion across priority sectors and customer segments.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across priority sectors and customer segments.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- Support customer conversations from initial outreach through commercial closure.
- Structure commercial proposals and partnership models.
- Support negotiations of term sheets, commercial agreements, and contracts.
- Build rough financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, product, legal, operations, and finance teams to execute deals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, investment materials, and commercial documentation.
- Track pipeline performance and key commercial metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, investment, project finance, or commercial roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Decent financial modelling and analytical skills; able to build business cases independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly across new markets.
- Nice-to-Have experience in climate tech, carbon markets, renewable energy, agriculture, or sustainability.
