Growth Associate (Sales): The First voice every family hears!
Blue Ocean is a selective, founder-led education consulting practice. We work closely with a small number of families, most of whom are HNIs, on a simple principle: develop the student, and admissions will follow. We're growing, and we're looking for the person who opens the door. The first voice a prospective family hears.
The role
You are the first point of contact for every family that reaches out. You handle the opening conversation, understand what a family is really looking for, and decide who moves forward. You also know and own how we track every lead, from first enquiry to handover, using our CRM and tools. Because you sit at the very top of the funnel, the quality of everything that follows depends on how you do this.
