Growth and performance Marketer

Isak Fragrances is hiring an execution-focused Growth & Performance Marketer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role combines paid performance, Shopify backend support, landing page execution, and content ideas that help campaigns convert better

Experience : 1-2 years

Primary Focus : Meta Ads + Google Ads

Website Scope : Shopify backend + landing pages

Key responsibilities:

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Manage day-to-day execution including targeting, budgets, bidding, ad sets, and reporting.

• Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion performance.

• Manage Shopify backend updates, campaign readiness, product or collection changes, and landing page coordination.

• Ensure landing pages and website content are aligned with campaigns and built for conversion.

• Suggest content hooks, ad angles, offer ideas, and creative directions that can improve campaign performance.

• Support A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

• Handle basic SEO hygiene to support website performance and ad effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Proven working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Familiarity with Shopify backend and landing page management.

• Basic understanding of on-page SEO and website best practices.

• Strong execution ability with attention to detail and speed.

• Comfortable working from the office in Lucknow.

• Able to come up with content and creative ideas that can help ads perform better.
