About The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROAS for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and report to the CEO to ensure strategies align with client goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop performance-driven strategies to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
  • Communicate with clients regarding campaign strategies, updates, and optimizations.
  • Stay updated on latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any Graduation
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media buying, or digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and bidding strategies
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint) are a plus
  • Experience working with D2C brands is highly desirable
