We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help scale QuickReturns through strategic partnerships across the e-commerce ecosystem. You will work with agencies, platforms, logistics partners, and communities to drive distribution, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with Shopify agencies, D2C consultants, technology platforms, and logistics partners
- Develop referral, reseller, and affiliate partner programs
- Generate leads and revenue through partner channels and manage the partner pipeline
- Launch co-marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives with partners
- Identify and drive integrations with e-commerce, logistics, payments, and support platforms
- Represent QuickReturns in e-commerce communities, events, and webinars
- Track partner performance, optimise partner-led growth, and identify new acquisition channels
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or the D2C ecosystem preferred
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to drive partnerships and growth initiatives end-to-end
