About The Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Growth Manager. This role aimed at onboarding and scaling online & offline partner networks including trading coaches, community admins, finance creators, and franchise partners.

In this role, you will own end-to-end lifecycle management of company's Partner: outreach onboarding activation performance retention.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and onboard online & offline partners
  • Expand partner network
  • Handle partner onboarding, KYC & agreements
  • Track performance: users, activation, brokerage
  • Drive partner activation & recurring engagement
  • Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product & Finance teams

What We're Looking For (Skills And Experience)

  • Experience in offline partnerships / franchisee relationships / channel sales (2-5 years)
  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and build trust in business relationships
  • Understanding of trading/brokerage ecosystem (preferred)
  • Willingness for on-ground engagement: partner visits, events, meetups
  • Comfortable with field activity & travel
