A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India


Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)


About the Company


A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire product leadership. This is a chance to stand up a product group from the ground up at a company investing seriously in India. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.


Role Overview


As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a portfolio of products and the managers behind them - setting direction across several areas, building the product team, and connecting the India group to the global organisation.


Key Responsibilities


Portfolio Leadership


  • Own the strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of product areas
  • Set priorities and resourcing across multiple teams and managers
  • Translate global goals into a coherent India product agenda

Team & Stakeholders


  • Hire, coach, and grow a team of product managers
  • Build the operating rhythm, rituals, and standards for the group
  • Partner with engineering, design, and global leadership on outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 8 or more years in product management, including managing PMs
  • A record of leading multiple product areas and shipping at scale
  • Strong leadership, strategy, and cross-functional influence
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience building or scaling a product team from early stage
  • Exposure to a GCC, multinational, or global product organisation
  • Comfort operating across US or global time zones
