Role Description

The Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering comprehensive ground training to aviation cadets in accordance with DGCA regulations. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering instructional content, assessing trainee progress, conducting theoretical and practical sessions, and mentoring students in preparation for examinations and airline interviews. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, where the instructor will play a vital role in equipping students with essential aviation knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of DGCA syllabus and aviation regulations, including prior experience in aviation theory and ground instruction.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and assessment techniques for ground school training.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills to guide trainees effectively and address individual learning needs.
• Experience in guiding students for DGCA exams and airline-oriented interviews, including aptitude and technical assessments.
• Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented environment with a focus on student success.
• Prior experience as an aviation professional, such as a pilot or engineer, is highly advantageous.
