Role Overview

Pinkvilla is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets across editorial, social media, branded content, YouTube, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, a deep understanding of digital content formats, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals that drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Assets

• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and the Pinkvilla App.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and Shorts to maximize click-through rates.
• Develop static creatives, carousels, story templates, and promotional graphics for editorial and entertainment content.
• Design banners, landing page assets, and campaign creatives for marketing and growth initiatives.

Brand Solutions & Campaigns

• Create high-quality branded content creatives for sponsored campaigns and partnerships.
• Design creatives for IPs, events, contests, and integrated brand campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.

Video & Motion Support

• Create graphic elements, title cards, lower thirds, and overlays for videos and podcasts.
• Collaborate with video editors and producers to deliver visually impactful content.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with editorial, social media, video, marketing, and brand solutions teams to understand requirements and deliver assets within timelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, entertainment trends, and platform best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital media, entertainment, or publishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, and campaign work.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of entertainment and celebrity content trends.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
