Visual Designer | Graphic Designer

We are hiring a Visual Designer for CLAY.INC, a leading branding agency focused on creating impactful brand identities and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to develop visual concepts.
• Create sketches, storyboards, and design layouts to bring ideas to life.
• Execute projects from concept to final delivery within timelines.
• Lead the creative execution of brand identity and marketing campaigns.
• Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality design output while staying updated with industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Typography, Logo Design, and Print/Digital Media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Marathi and good command of English.
• Relevant education or training (3-5 years of communication design with minimum 2 years of 

experience is preferred.) 

This role offers exposure to end-to-end branding projects, multiple client portfolios, and opportunities to work closely on brand strategy initiatives.
