Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Bastian Hospitality, Bandra)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who can independently conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content that captures the essence of a premium, exclusive nightlife brand. The candidate should be a confident, well-rounded designer capable of mentoring juniors and managing end-to-end design projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, campaigns, events, menus, signage, and brand collateral

* Maintain and elevate the brand's premium visual identity across all touchpoints

* Take ownership of projects from brief to final execution with minimal supervision

* Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and videography teams

* Guide and review work of junior designers

* Stay updated on design trends relevant to luxury hospitality and nightlife

Requirements

* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or lifestyle brands

* Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software

* Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and premium visual aesthetics

* Proven ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines

* Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented with strong ownership of work
