About the Role:
At Bajaj Broking, we're building a modern, intuitive investing experience for India's next generation of investors. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to bring our products, platforms, and market stories to life through engaging motion graphics and videos.
In this role, you'll work on everything from trading app updates and product explainers to market education content and digital campaigns, helping simplify complex stock market concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
What You'll Do
Motion & Video Content
Create high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, UI animations, and promos for:
- Trading platforms & mobile app features
- Market education & investor awareness content
- Product walkthroughs and onboarding journeys
- Social platforms (Instagram Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Translate complex financial ideas into visually engaging, easy-to-understand content.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language across all animations and videos.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, market events, and educational initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Research, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful motion assets.
- Coordinate with content writers, voice-over artists, and video editors to deliver final outputs.
Platform Optimisation
- Optimise videos for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, website, and app.
- Create platform-specific formats, thumbnails, intros/outros, and short-form cuts.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up to date with motion design trends in fintech, stock markets, and digital media.
- Experiment with new animation styles, transitions, and storytelling formats.
What We're Looking For:
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Illustrator & Photoshop
- Working knowledge of:
- Figma (for UI flows and animation references)
- Blender / Cinema 4D (nice to have)
Domain Understanding (Preferred)
- Basic familiarity with stock markets, trading concepts, and investment products.
- Understanding of charts, candlesticks, indicators, and market terminology is a plus.
- Prior experience in fintech, broking, finance media, or ed-tech is advantageous.
Creative & Soft Skills
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking.
- High attention to detail and design consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with tight timelines.
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
