Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help build and evolve Ugaoo's visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create impactful, customer-centric designs that strengthen brand recognition and engagement. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, collaboration, and the ability to execute high-quality work across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets, including packaging, across all brand touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver work on time with minimal supervision
- Present design concepts clearly and articulate the rationale behind creative decisions
- Stay current with design and advertising trends to continuously improve creative output
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed design institution
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Experience creating print-ready files; knowledge of print production is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
