Graphic Designer & Animator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong visual sense and animation skills to join our in-house team in Pune. The role involves creating engaging visuals, illustrations, and animations for digital learning content, games, marketing materials, and product interfaces.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have an eye for detail, and be excited to work on interactive and animated content for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, characters, icons, and UI assets

• Create 2D animations and motion graphics for educational videos, games, and in-app content

• Work closely with academic, product, and development teams to visualize concepts

• Design assets for learning modules, gamified content, assessments, and rewards

• Create marketing creatives for social media, presentations, websites, and promotional materials

• Maintain consistency in brand identity, color schemes, and visual style

• Optimize graphics and animations for digital platforms (mobile, tablet, web)

• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout

• Hands-on experience with design and animation tools such as:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe After Effects

• (Any additional tools like Premiere Pro, Blender, or Spine is a plus)

• Basic understanding of 2D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in EdTech, gaming, or kids-focused content

• Knowledge of character design and storytelling

• Familiarity with UI/UX basics for digital platforms

• Understanding of animation pipelines and asset optimization

• Exposure to game engines (Unity, Unreal) is an added advantage
