Role: Associate – Graphic Designer (Employer Branding & Internal Communications)

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore

What you will do:

• Lead creative execution for Internal Communications, designing engaging assets for announcements, campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership communication.

• Work on creatives for Social Media platforms, ensuring brand alignment and platform relevance.
• Work with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Nano Banana, HeyGen etc to execute high-quality designs & edits.
• Use AI tools for design ideation, image generation, video generation and other creative areas to improve speed, creativity, and impact.
• Support video editing and reel creation, including simple motion graphics and transitions for social media and internal campaigns.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design,
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and AI tools
• Profiency in video editing and reel creation.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing your creativity.
