  • The role involves managing and expanding government sales across Delhi, covering state government departments, central government units, and public sector undertakings.
  • Responsibilities include opportunity mapping, tender management, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and driving the complete sales lifecycle from identification to closure.
  • The position requires strong understanding of government procurement processes, ability to navigate complex decision-making structures, and capacity to build long-term institutional relationships.
  • The role reports directly to the Business Head and demands high ownership, field intelligence, and consistent revenue delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has prior experience in government or PSU sales, preferably within IT, digital transformation, or system‑integrator environments. They should possess a strong network in Delhi government circles, excellent knowledge of tendering/GeM/RFP processes, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing large government deals. Self-driven professionals comfortable operating as individual contributors with senior-level reporting will excel.
