The Assistant Event Production will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. The role involves managing production logistics, coordinating with vendors, supervising event setup, and ensuring smooth execution of events while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end event production for corporate events, conferences, cultural events, and promotional activities.
- Develop event production timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage stage setup, lighting, sound, audiovisual equipment, and technical production requirements.
- Supervise on-site event setup, rehearsals, and live event operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and venue guidelines.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage event production budgets effectively.
- Troubleshoot production issues during events and provide quick solutions.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event performance.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, production teams, and service providers.
Required Qualifications & Skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience managing large-scale events, conferences, or live productions.
