We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who's obsessed with performance, driven by ROI, and hungry to scale campaigns in a meaningful niche that impacts lives.
What You'll Do- Strategize, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns
- Build & manage lead generation funnels for doctors, hospitals, and healthcare brands
- Run A/B tests, track conversions, and constantly fine-tune for better ROAS
- Work with design, content, and SEO teams to create cohesive campaign experiences
- Generate performance reports, insights, and client-facing decks
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates and healthcare ad policies
Who You Are- 23 years of experience managing Google Ads (Search + Display essential)
- Proven experience in lead-gen campaigns (healthcare experience is a huge plus!)
- Hands-on with Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset you know how to chase metrics and tweak accordingly
- Comfortable managing 50K to 5L+ monthly budgets across multiple clients
- Bonus: You've worked in/with marketing agencies before
