Role Overview:
We're looking for a data-driven Google Specialist who will own Google's advertising ecosystem to drive brand visibility, app installs, service bookings, and customer acquisition cost-effectively. This role is ideal for someone who can link digital campaign performance to real business outcomes for a fast-paced pet care brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Advertising & Campaign Management
Strategize, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max.
Optimize for core business outcomes: app installs, bookings, lead generation, service growth.
Perform ongoing keyword strategy, bid management, and audience segmentation.
Analytics & Measurement
Implement and maintain tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase for app & web performance.
Create dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports demonstrating ROI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Analyse user funnels from ad click conversion repeat engagement.
Creative & Testing
Coordinate with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing assets.
Run A/B tests on titles, descriptions, visuals, and targeting to improve engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations teams for integrated campaign execution.
Align paid Google strategies with SEO, email, app push campaigns, and social platforms.
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for app-centric businesses.
Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, conversion tracking, attribution modelling.
Ability to monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns for efficiency.
Comfortable with managing budgets and forecasting performance.
