Job Role

We are looking for a motivated Google Ads Specialist managing high performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing, particularly inservice based industries such as legal, finance, consulting, or compliance services. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
  • Develop lead generation strategies for services like company registration, GST, and trademark services.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies effectively.
  • Create and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page recommendations.
  • Track performance through Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to improve campaign performance and landing page conversions.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and Google Ads updates.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • 45+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Keyword research
  • Conversion tracking
  • Landing page optimization
  • A/B testing

Hands-on experience with

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads.
