YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for the evaluation, implementation, and operation of new digitalization technology within the global operations support structure.
- Design, develop, and maintain software and hardware solutions for improving and optimizing global operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify areas for implementing digitalization solutions, improving efficiency and performance in global operations.
- Provide technical support and expertise to troubleshoot, modify, and optimize digital systems and procedures.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in digitalization technology.
- Provide guidance on project priorities, timelines, and deliverables to support strategic business goals.
- Present complex digitalization information to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor the performance of implemented digitalization projects and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and efficiency of digitalization systems and tools.
- Must engage in continuous learning in order to stay updated with the latest digitalization techniques and methods.
- Ensure all activities and operations comply with legal and ethical standards, and company policies.
- Document and maintain comprehensive and accurate records of system and network designs and any changes implemented.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of production systems by creating SOPs.
Your Qualifications
Strong MES knowledge
Hands-on shopfloor digitalization experience
Skills in system configuration, debugging, and monitoring
Understanding of data security & protection
Ability to support pilot use-cases and conduct training/workshops
Experience with Palantir / Foundry (will be an added advantage)
BTech in any trade.
SAP knowledge required
