Job Summary:

As a Clinical Reporting Analyst, you will play an integral role in ensuring accurate and timely analysis of ECG data, contributing directly to improving patient care and outcomes. You will help enhance our data processing capabilities while working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a six-week training program covering ECG analysis, data processing techniques, and software tools.
  • Sanitize and process ECG data in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare ECG data with appropriate highlights for further clinical review.
  • Communicate ECG abnormalities effectively by notifying lead technicians, physicians, or clinical staff as required.
  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures as updated from time to time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company based on business requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: 12th grade + Diploma in Cardiology or Bachelor's degree in Zoology or Life Sciences.
  • Experience as a Holter Scanner or Telemetry/Monitor Technician is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and data processing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
