Description
We are seeking a highly motivated German Language Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in teaching German and will be responsible for creating and delivering effective language training programs tailored to the needs of our learners.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging German language training programs for various proficiency levels.
- Assess the language skills of learners and tailor lessons to their needs.
- Develop instructional materials and activities that promote language acquisition.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to learners.
- Facilitate language immersion activities to enhance conversational skills.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German and strong command of English.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in the German language.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
