Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to oversee and drive the execution of sales operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, ensuring target achievement, and optimizing processes for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.

• Manage and supervise sales teams across projects.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate sales.

• Prior experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
