Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and manage teams across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a knack for business development.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

Oversee day-to-day operations across Studio, Events & Weddings divisions

Manage internal teams, set goals, and ensure high-quality deliverables

Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

Business Development & Client Relations

Support business growth through strategic planning and new opportunities

Maintain and grow client relationships across verticals

Act as the key point of contact for major clients and projects

Financial & Administrative Management

Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and profitability

Ensure timely reporting and analysis for management decisions

Implement processes for smooth internal coordination

Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute operational and business strategies

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Ensure consistent delivery of high standards and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in operations, business management, or general management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Hands-on approach with strategic thinking

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
