This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior General Manager - Corporate Real Estate. The role involves overseeing corporate real estate operations, managing a team, devising strategies for expanding portfolios, handling key negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior General Manager will be responsible for client relationship management, identifying key opportunities in the market, and optimally utilizing real estate assets while adhering to company objectives. Additionally, the role includes performance management and spearheading projects to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

• Strong expertise in corporate real estate management, property acquisition, leasing, and portfolio management
• Proficiency in negotiations, client relationship management, and stakeholder communication
• Strategic planning, team leadership, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of market analysis, compliance requirements, and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in corporate real estate
• Experience in team building, mentoring, and motivating diverse workgroups
