Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant General Manager at Microtek International Pvt. Ltd., based in New Delhi with occasional flexibility for remote work. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily business operations, align team performance with organizational goals, and drive process optimization. Responsibilities include staff management, strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders

- Aptitude for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and coordinate between onsite and remote teams
