Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Madhuravoyal. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client relations, process improvements, and team leadership. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, driving business profitability, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. The General Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business strategies with organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
