This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat for a General Manager of Production at Adsel Cables. The role involves overseeing and managing daily production operations, developing and implementing production plans, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, maintaining compliance with quality standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving operational efficiency. The General Manager will also be expected to lead and develop teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient operational workflows
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards and the ability to implement quality assurance processes
• Proven abilities in Team Leadership and team development
• Experience in manufacturing and factory operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
• Proven track record of achieving production and operational targets
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
