The General Manager – Sales is responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, planning, execution, and team management to drive revenue growth for the real estate business. The role requires a strong background in real estate sales, market understanding, team leadership, and client relationship management to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market conditions.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for teams and ensure achievement through structured planning and tracking.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to fine-tune strategies.
Sales Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure a high conversion ratio from leads to bookings and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance metrics, monitor results, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Foster a culture of motivation, collaboration, and goal-oriented achievement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and institutional clients.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Participate in planning property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other events.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Generate and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal company standards.
