Key Responsibilities
· Drive revenue from referral doctors (DRTs) and expand the referral network
· Manage and grow corporate, PSU, and government accounts
· Acquire new corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships
· Identify business opportunities and present expansion proposals
· Build and manage strong relationships with doctors and corporates
· Ensure high retention and satisfaction of the external customers
· Track leads, maintain database, and drive sales performance reviews
· Lead team performance through training and field engagement
· Coordinate internally for smooth handling of referral and corporate cases
Candidate Profile
· 10–15 years of experience in hospital sales / corporate relations
· Proven track record in revenue generation and corporate tie-ups
· Strong network with referral doctors and corporates
· Experience in multi-specialty / tertiary care hospitals preferred
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
