About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Communications professional to join our Marketing & Branding team, supporting EMEA and APAC. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with significant ownership, offering the opportunity to shape and execute our employer branding strategy for a global organization.

You will work closely with HR, Marketing, and global stakeholders across regions to create compelling, compliant, and high-quality employer brand content and campaigns that reflect who we are as an organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in excellence, and thrives in complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding, Content Creation and Events

  • Develop and shape creative branding concepts for employer branding initiatives
  • Lead and execute employer branding initiatives across EMEA and APAC
  • Create high-quality B2B marketing and employer brand content (copy, messaging, campaigns, assets)
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all employer-facing channels
  • Translate business, culture, and people stories into compelling narratives
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and contribute to ongoing branding initiatives
  • Contribute to thought leadership content and events showcasing employer branding and recruiting on campuses
  • Plan and implement employer branding events with HR and regional teams as required

Campaign Planning, Execution & Reporting

  • Plan, manage, and execute campaigns end-to-end as an individual contributor
  • Manage timelines, approvals, stakeholders, and deliverables with precision
  • Drive flawless execution while maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Produce reports post campaign and annual overview plans to showcase RoI and progress
  • Develop a scoring system to measure employer branding success with regards to assets and channels of communication for quarterly review

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR, business teams and other regional stakeholders
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across geographies with professionalism, clarity and cultural sensitivity
  • Navigate structured approval processes and compliance requirements effectively

Tools & Technology

  • Leverage modern marketing tools, including:
  • AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • Canva and content creation platforms
  • Marketing and communication tools as needed
  • Stay current with evolving tools and best practices in marketing communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 9–12 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in a global or multinational B2B organization
  • Proven experience working with employer branding initiatives in a global/large multinational company (5000+ people)
  • Experience in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Cross-geography work experience in EMEA and APAC
  • Excellent relationship management skills

Core Skills

  • Excellent written communication and English speaking skills
  • Exceptional content writing and content development skills
  • Excellent video scripting and production know-how
  • Ability to work with agencies and external vendors with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of branding and employer branding in practice
  • Knowledge of crafting webinars and podcasts - from start to finish - and the tech tools
  • Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns from strategy through delivery
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience in conducting and organizing recruitment drives and HR-led branding events
  • Budgeting, planning, coordination and overall project management skills
