Role Description

This is a full-time role for a General Manager at AERODRY Plastics Automation Private Ltd. The position is on-site and based in Noida. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive business development initiatives, ensure operational efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, analyzing business performance, implementing growth strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building strong client relationships to enhance business outcomes.

• Ability to analyze business performance, forecast trends, and deliver solutions
• Experience in client and stakeholder relationship management

• Proficiency in relevant business, management, and productivity tools
• Experience in the plastics, manufacturing, or automation industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
