Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager based at our office. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop business objectives, manage and lead teams, and ensure the company's strategic goals are met. Responsibilities will include coordinating cross-departmental activities, managing budgets, and driving organizational growth. Effective communication with internal stakeholders, handling business development activities, and ensuring operational efficiency will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management, team leadership, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong skills in operations management, project management, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and developing growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and work effectively under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with market analysis, financial planning, and performance metrics is an advantage.
