About the Role
We're looking for a Gabit Retail Ninja — and this isn't just a role, it's a mission.
A mission to build and scale our offline presence across modern trade and general trade channels. We want someone who understands retail deeply, can drive distribution with precision, and build a powerful on-ground engine to scale a premium health brand.
What Your Day Would Look Like:
- Build and execute the retail strategy across Modern Trade, General Trade, and pharmacies
- Drive expansion into key retail chains, pharmacy networks, and lifestyle stores
- Lead end-to-end offline growth — from store onboarding to in-store visibility and sell-through
- Set up and scale distributor networks across cities
- Own retail partnerships, negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Drive strong in-store presence through branding, merchandising, and sampling
- Build and manage on-ground teams (promoters, sales reps, supervisors)
- Ensure strong product education to enable consultative selling in stores
- Own P&L for offline channels and drive revenue growth
- Track key metrics (store productivity, conversion, ROI) and optimise continuously
Say Hello If You've Got:
- 6–10 years of experience in retail/modern trade (FMCG, nutraceuticals, consumer electronics, or premium retail)
- Proven experience in scaling offline distribution for a premium or emerging brand
- Strong network across modern trade chains, pharmacies, and retail partners
- Experience managing large on-ground teams
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue targets
- Hustler mindset — high ownership, speed, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to operate both strategically and on-ground
