Checkout is the highest-impact point in the commerce funnel, directly influencing revenue outcomes. This role will drive adoption of GoKwik's checkout solutions across enterprise and mid-market brands, helping them improve conversion rates, payment success, and overall checkout performance. By combining consultative selling with AI-led solutioning, this role will shape how brands leverage technology to unlock measurable growth.
What You'll Own
Revenue Growth & Account Ownership
- Own and scale a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Drive improvements in conversion rates, payment success, and drop-off reduction
- Deliver measurable revenue impact through checkout optimisation
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
- Anchor conversations around business outcomes and revenue growth
- Position GoKwik as a long-term growth partner
Consultative & Insight-led Selling
- Lead data-backed discussions on conversion uplift, AOV impact, and payment optimisation
- Identify opportunities to improve checkout performance and user experience
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
AI-led Solutioning
- Position GoKwik's AI capabilities to drive automation and smarter decision-making
- Demonstrate how AI improves conversion, efficiency, and operational outcomes
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value
Pipeline & Deal Management
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Drive closures and ensure predictable revenue outcomes
- Maintain disciplined funnel management practices
Go-Live & Execution
- Drive urgency from pitch to go-live across stakeholders
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Monitor early success metrics post-launch
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations teams
- Ensure seamless delivery and execution of solutions
- Provide feedback to improve product and positioning
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Drive accountability, capability development, and performance
- Foster a culture of ownership and excellence
Forecasting & Planning
- Own pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Lead quarterly planning and revenue strategy discussions
- Align with leadership on growth targets and execution plans
Who You Are
- 10-14 years of experience in sales, growth, or account management within SaaS, eCommerce, or payments ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, checkout behaviour, and payment ecosystems
- Strong interest and orientation towards AI and its impact on business outcomes
- Ability to translate AI-led product capabilities into clear business value
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
