Responsibilities
- Design & Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using:
- Rest and SOAP API s
- Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC),
- Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leverage subject areas and data models from Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM depending on business needs.
- Build custom data models and enrichments within FAW/OAC for advanced reporting.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data visualizations, and scheduled reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting tools.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and assess impact on reporting/data sources.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 or more years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience required preferably for a large global company.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM).
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- OTBI and BI Publisher
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion transactional data models.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with KPI design, data storytelling, and user-focused dashboards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion Analytics Certification (HCM/ERP)
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI (for hybrid environments)
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Data Integrator (ODI)
- Exposure to data security and role-based access in Oracle reporting
