Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Full-Stack Developer specializing in AI Integrations and Custom Products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both client-side and server-side features to create cutting-edge AI integrated solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coding, testing, and deploying applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop custom product functionalities, and ensure seamless integration within the existing architecture.
Required SkillsTechnical
- Strong JavaScript or Python fundamentals
- Experience calling external APIs and handling webhooks
- Experience integrating AI tools (OpenAI / Claude / open-source models)
- Understanding of JSON schemas and structured outputs
- Familiarity with databases (Postgres / MongoDB)
- Basic DevOps knowledge (Docker, deployment, environment configs)
- Integrating payment gateways
AI-Specific
- Prompt engineering and evaluation
- Embeddings and semantic search

Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Stack Development, including expertise in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development.
- Proficiency with software development principles, including best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Advanced knowledge of web technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and frameworks to build responsive user interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with software project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Integrate AI platforms (LLMs, speech, vision, embeddings) using APIs
- Build AI-powered features: copilots, assistants, generators, classifiers, and decision engines
- Design prompt workflows, structured outputs, and validation layers
- Implement RAG (knowledge base + retrieval + response pipelines)
- Build multi-tool agent workflows and automation systems
- Optimize accuracy, latency, and cost of AI usage
Backend Engineering
- Develop scalable APIs (Node.js / Python)
- Create data pipelines and processing jobs
- Implement authentication, user roles, and multi-tenant architecture
- Connect CRMs, marketing tools, and third-party platforms
- Handle queues, background workers, and async tasks
Frontend Development
- Build dashboards and conversational interfaces (React / Next.js)
- Implement real-time streaming responses
- Design admin panels and configuration interfaces
- Create usable UI for non-technical business users
Data & Infrastructure
- Work with SQL / NoSQL databases
- Implement vector databases and semantic search
- Manage caching and performance optimization
- Deploy applications on cloud infrastructure
- Monitor logs, usage, and failures
