Job Description

GrowQR is seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Front Desk Executive to join our team in Noida. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Role Overview
  • Position: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
  • Location: Noida (On-site)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Experience: 1–3 years in front office or guest relations
Key Responsibilities

1. Guest & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook and issue security passes where necessary.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Manage the central switchboard: answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Handle general inquiries via phone and email promptly.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming couriers, mail, and deliveries.

3. Office Administration

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary brochures or stationery.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed (e.g., data entry, document filing).

4. Facility Supervision

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.
  • Coordinate with facility staff (housekeeping, security) to maintain office decorum and cleanliness.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Attributes: * Polished and professional appearance.
  • Patient and resourceful problem-solver.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
