About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Communications department as an Advisor - Post Sales. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in post-sales customer service and communication. The Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers after the sale has been completed to ensure their continued satisfaction and drive loyalty to our brand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and offer additional products or services as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Manage and update customer records and databases with relevant information
- Assist in developing customer communication materials and resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a post-sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus
